Spotnet laat pc uitvallen en kan spotnet niet meer opnieuw installeren.

Hallo allemaal,
PC: Acer TC Aspire TC 603
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 3.40Ghz
Geheugen: 10.0 GB
Windows 10

Als ik spotnet open heb staan dan valt de pc na verloopt van tijd uit.
Ik heb spotnet verwijdert maar krijg hem nu niet meer opnieuw geinstalleerd.

Krijg de volgende foutmelding bij nieuwe installatie:

Aub help me want ik heb betaald en tis zonde van het geld als ik geen gebruik meer kan maken van spotnet.

Ik ken het programma niet.
Maar zie ik de log dat de toegang is geweigerd.
Misschien dat de firewall dit veroorzaakt, dus zet die eens uit en probeer het nog eens.
Met welke browser doe je dit?
Met chrome toevallig? Zo ja gebruik dan eens Edge of explorer.

Die ook al even uitgezet en opnieuw geprobeerd?

Met Spotnet kan je o.a. muziek-en filmbestanden downloaden.
Staat echter op slechte voet met de diverse auteursrechtenorganistaties... :busted:

Browser heeft er niks mee te maken. Spotnet is gedownload maar ik kreeg me niet geinstalleerd.
Ik heb alleen windows defender maar dat heeft er ook niets mee te maken want ik heb meerdere malen spotnet geinstalleerd en toen ging t altijd goed.

Ik heb t trouwens ook met firefox geprobeerd. Helpt ook niet.
Ook geschiedenis en cookies alles verwijdert.

Ik heb het net nog geprobeerd met windows defender uitgeschakeld en opnieuw kan ik Spotnet niet installeren.
PC is gescand met MBAM en is schoon.
Wat nu ?

Firewall nog geprobeerd?
Is hij wel geschikt voor Windows 10?

is er geen ander dan spotnet,of andere mogelijkheid??

Als ik kijk via Google hebben meer mensen het zelfde probleem en werkt het pas als de firewall is uitgezet.
