Via have i been pwned? kan je controleren of jouw gegeven ook zijn buitgemaakt. Wijzig bij twijfel jouw wachtwoord of schakel de twee-staps-verificatie in.

Moet ik straks tóch Google opnieuw installeren?
Hoe importeer ik weer de bladwijzers etc.?

ik heb gedaan waar je om vroeg, maar de pc is nog steeds erg langzaam.
Als ik G-mail of eender welke website wil openen krijg ik meestal de melding: "Pagina reageert niet. Wachten of sluiten"

  • Sluit nu eerst alle nog openstaande programmavensters!
    • Windows 2000 en Windows XP: start "MiniToolBox.exe" via dubbelklikken.
    • Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 en Windows 10: start "MiniToolBox.exe" via rechtsklik Als Administrator uitvoeren.
Vink de volgende onderdelen aan:
  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Devices - Only Problems
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size
  • List Minidump Files
    • Klik nu op de knop "Go".
    • Aansluitend wordt een log aangemaakt (Result.txt) in de zelfde map waar "MiniToolBox.exe" in zit.
    • Kopieer en plak de inhoud van het log in jouw volgende bericht.
Notabene: indien "Reset FF Proxy Settings" gekozen is, dienen de gebruikte webbrowsers afgesloten te zijn!

Verwijder Java 8 Update 31
Dat is al een heel oude.
Moderne browsers hebben geen Java nodig!

Na verwijdering absoluut op nieuw starten om de oude Java instellingen te laten verwijderen!



Start FRST.exe opnieuw en doe de twee stappen na elkaar:

Stap 1.
Kopieer en plak de volgende tekst in het vak "Search": Lavasoft
Nota bene: plak het precies zoals het nu staat!

Klik daarna op Search Files.
Een Search.txt log wordt opgeslagen op dezelfde plaats waar FRST is opgeslagen plaats dat als bijlage.


Stap 2.
Kopieer en plak de volgende tekst in het vak "Search": Lavasoft
Nota bene: plak het precies zoals het nu staat!

Klik daarna op Search Registry.
Een Registry.txt log wordt opgeslagen op dezelfde plaats waar FRST is opgeslagen plaats dat als bijlage.

Sla nu dit kladblokbestand in de dezelfde locatie waar ook FRST.exe aanwezig is op als Fixlist.txt

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST.exe) met de fixlist.txt gebruiken
  • Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 en Windows 10: via rechtsklik op FRST.exe en kies voor "Als Administrator uitvoeren".
  • Als het programma wordt gestart, klik dan op Ja in de popup.
  • Druk op de Fix knop.
  • Na de fix wordt een logbestand - Fixlog.txt - in dezelfde locatie aangemaakt van waaruit FRST.exe is gestart.
  • Post de inhoud van dit logbestand in jouw volgende bericht.

FRST heeft vrijwel niks kunnen doen.

Hoe gaat het inmiddels met Chrome?

Als dat nog steeds niet goed gaat - probeer dan eens Opera - die werkt met dezelfde Enginge, VPN is mogelijk en Opera Turbo ook om sneller te kunnen internetten.

Bovendien is er een speciale extensie, waardoor het ook mogelijk wordt het gros van de Chrome extensies in Opera te gebruiken.
 
PC is wel vlugger geworden
Niet bij het opstarten, maar eenmaal opgestart opent Gmail vlugger en andere websites ook.
Denk je dat Lavasoft de boosdoener is en mag ik die proberen te verwijderen?

  • Klik vervolgens op de knop

  • Verander verder geen andere instellingen in OTL, alleen tenzij ik hiervoor specifiek instructies geef.
  • De scan zal niet heel erg lang duren.
    • Er zullen twee Kladblok-vensters geopend worden wanneer de scan klaar is: OTL.Txt en Extras.txt.
    • Kopieer vervolgens de inhoud van zowel OTL.txt alsmede Extras.txt en plak die gegevens in je volgende bericht.

Start FRST.exe opnieuw en doe de twee stappen na elkaar:

Stap 1.
Kopieer en plak de volgende tekst in het vak "Search": LavasoftTcpService
Nota bene: plak het precies zoals het nu staat!

Klik daarna op Search Files.
Een Search.txt log wordt opgeslagen op dezelfde plaats waar FRST is opgeslagen plaats dat als bijlage.


Stap 2.
Kopieer en plak de volgende tekst in het vak "Search": LavasoftTcpService
Nota bene: plak het precies zoals het nu staat!

Klik daarna op Search Registry.
Een Registry.txt log wordt opgeslagen op dezelfde plaats waar FRST is opgeslagen plaats dat als bijlage.

  • Klik daarna bovenaan op

  • Laat het programma ongestoord zijn werk doen.
  • OTL zal na de scan melden dat de PC opnieuw opgestart gaat worden. Sta dat dus toe.
  • Klik op OK
  • Na het opnieuw opstarten wordt enkel een nieuw log geopend.
  • Post via kopiëren en plakken de inhoud van dat OTL-scanlog.
