Wel verbinding , geen internet

Dag,

Ik heb een lastig probleem.

Twee van mijn windowscomputers maken wel verbinding met het netwerk maar ik krijg geen verbinding met het internet.

Het netwerk wordt gevonden via een router.

Het wonderlijk is dat mijn Apple computer hetzelfde netwerk ziet en wel een internetverbinding krijgt.

Ik heb al iets geprobeerd met DNS-adressen maar ik kom er niet uit.

Mijn router is een sitecom x8 AC1750 en die is verbonden met een Ziggo-modem.

Het vreemde is dat een rechtstreekse kabelverbinding van de computer met het modem ook niet werkt.

Ik stel een reactie zeer op prijs.

• Sluit nu eerst alle nog openstaande programmavensters!
  • Windows 2000 en Windows XP: start "MiniToolBox.exe" via dubbelklikken.
  • Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 en Windows 10: start "MiniToolBox.exe" via rechtsklik Als Administrator uitvoeren.

Vink de volgende onderdelen aan:

• Flush DNS
• Report IE Proxy Settings
• Reset IE Proxy Settings
• Report FF Proxy Settings
• Reset FF Proxy Settings
• List content of Hosts
• List IP configuration
• List Winsock Entries
• List last 10 Event Viewer log
• List Installed Programs
• List Devices - Only Problems
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size
• List Minidump Files
  • Klik nu op de knop "Go".
  • Aansluitend wordt een log aangemaakt (Result.txt) in de zelfde map waar "MiniToolBox.exe" in zit.
  • Kopieer en plak de inhoud van het log in jouw volgende bericht.

Notabene: indien "Reset FF Proxy Settings" gekozen is, dienen de gebruikte webbrowsers afgesloten te zijn!

Ik heb bij IPv4 8.8.8. en daaronder als alternatief 8.8.4.4. in getikt en bij IPv6: de getallen die daar genoemd zijn, twee regels, dus in de tweede regel (alternatief) de tweede reeks.

Vraag, is dat de bedoeling?

Tot nu toe heb ik met die invoer geen resultaat.

Maar als het weer werkt zou ik het ook zo laten.

Ik heb de hotspot gewoon uitgeschakeld in de Cisco-modem die ik van Ziggo heb.
Want dat was voor mij belangrijk om de WLAN geheel uit te kunnen schakelen.
Enerzijds zijn er genoeg Ziggo hotspots aanwezig waar ik woon en anderzijds doe ik alles gedraad.
